Animation is used to reveal details, clarify functions, control rhythm and direct the viewer through the subject. The goal is not movement for its own sake, but a sequence that makes the product, space or idea easier to understand and more engaging to watch.
The same visual discipline used in still CGI is carried into motion: camera, materials, light, composition, timing and final delivery.
